To the soldiers of the United States Armed Forces, both on active duty and inactive veterans:

Thank you for dedicating a portion of your life serving your country.

Veterans of foreign wars have experienced the hardship of fallen friends either during battle or time and old age. Your military experiences have helped build your character. Once a soldier, always a soldier which is something to be proud of; even if you don't talk about it. Those that seen war first-hand and carry the burden of witnessing friends fall beside you. We offer our deepest respect to both you and your fallen comrades.
